Fully Staffed Recruitment Agency is seeking an experienced and highly professional Private Butler for a UHNW family in Belgravia, London.

The successful candidate will provide exceptional personal and household service. They will be proactive, intuitive and highly attentive to detail. The ability to anticipate the family’s needs is essential.

The Butler will oversee and coordinate the Housekeeper. They will also take responsibility for personal service, front-of-house duties, entertaining and guest experience.

The role includes close coordination with household staff and external service providers. The Butler will ensure that all household and service requirements are handled efficiently and professionally.

Knowledge of Indian hospitality and dining customs would be advantageous.

Travel: Occasional domestic and international travel required

Responsibilities:

• Provide discreet, highly personalised service to the family
• Anticipate the family’s requirements and take ownership of daily needs
• Supervise and coordinate the Housekeeper
• Liaise with Peninsula hotel teams, chefs, chauffeurs and external suppliers
• Deliver exceptional front-of-house service for lunches, dinners and private events
• Coordinate temporary waiters, bartenders and event staff when required
• Prepare guest-facing areas for entertaining
• Monitor and replenish household, pantry and service supplies
• Maintain detailed records of family preferences, including food, beverages, dining, travel and guests
• Coordinate travel arrangements and work with the Housekeeper on packing and wardrobe preparation
• Liaise with luxury hotels, chauffeurs and private aviation providers
• Advance hotels prior to family arrival and ensure all requirements are communicated
• Follow through on household and service issues
• Maintain complete confidentiality and discretion at all times
• Travel domestically and internationally with the family when required

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Private Butler, within an UHNW household, luxury residence or five-star hospitality environment
• Exceptional service standards and attention to detail
• Experience supervising or coordinating household staff
• Strong private dining, table and beverage service skills
• Excellent knowledge of luxury hospitality
• Proactive, intuitive and confident working independently
• Calm, adaptable and solutions-focused
• Excellent spoken English
• Immaculate personal presentation
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Confident dealing with luxury hotels, suppliers and service providers
• Willingness and ability to travel
• Strong, verifiable references
