Fully Staffed was never created to become the largest domestic staff agency in the United Kingdom.

From the very beginning, our vision was different.

We were not interested in building a business driven by volume, endless vacancies or thousands of applications passing through our inboxes every month.

Our goal has always been simple: to build lasting relationships with a small number of exceptional clients and to provide a level of service that feels personal, attentive and entirely individual to every household we support.

Before founding Fully Staffed, our founder, Anastasiia Vorozheikina, spent several years working within the private household recruitment sector, gaining experience across boutique domestic staffing agencies and supporting families, principals and private households with their recruitment needs.

During those years, one thing became increasingly clear.

Clients were not returning because of logos or company names.

They were returning because of trust.

Because of relationships.
